Do I need to choose food in advance?

No – it isn’t necessary to make your exact meal choice in advance.

Closer to the event we may ask for an indication of food preferences to help us cater effectively, but you can absolutely change your mind on the day!

Does my group all need to arrive at the same time?

Yes – if you are booking for other people, you will all need to arrive together.

Once the QR code on your confirmation email has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

Please make individual bookings if you require extra flexibility for arrival times.

How can I purchase tickets for CranFest?

Tickets can be purchased online in advance or on the day by cash or card at either entry point.

How many Activity Tokens will I need?

It will totally depend on how many different things you want to take part in on the day.

Most activities will ‘cost’ between 1-3 tokens each and there will be over 35 different things to do across the day.

Get the best value by purchasing your tokens in advance to save 25%

Don’t worry if you run out – you can purchase extra tokens on the day at any of the entry points or at the ‘Prize Exchange’ area on the wooden stage in the playground.

How much does entry to CranFest cost?

Standard entry to CranFest for one person is £2.00 and there is also a ‘family ticket’ available that grants four people entry for £6.00.

Early bird discount of 25% is available on all tickets purchased before 30th June 2025.

What happens if I can’t make it on the day?

Advance purchases are non-refundable, but you are free to transfer them to someone else if you wish to. Please contact us for assistance.

When does the Early Bird Discount end?

The 25% Early Bird Discount ends on Monday 30th June 2025.

Will I receive physical tickets?

No – your booking confirmation email contains a QR code that will be scanned upon arrival.

This code includes details of advance food and activity token purchases, so make sure you have it to hand on the day.
