Activity Tokens will be used across all inflatables, carnival games, competitions, and activity stalls. Most activities will require 1 to 3 tokens, though some of the larger inflatables—offering extended playtime—will cost a little more.

To help the day run more smoothly and cut down on queue times, we’re introducing a new Activity Token system rather than accepting cash/card payments on individual PTA-run stalls.

Tokens can be purchased in advance online or bought on the day with cash/card at any entry point or the wooden stage on the playground.

Cranborne Cash is the prize currency of CranFest!

Throughout the day there will be many opportunities to win Cranborne Cash which can then be exchanged at the ‘Prize Exchange’ area on the wooden stage for load of fantastic prizes.

Cranborne Cash must be exchanged before the event ends at 4pm on Sunday 13thJuly 2025.

Cranborne Cash holds no monetary value and cannot be ‘refunded’ or exchanged for anything other than prizes at the event.

It will totally depend on how many different things you want to take part in on the day.

Most activities will ‘cost’ between 1-3 tokens each and there will be over 35 different things to do across the day.

Don’t worry if you run out – you can purchase extra tokens on the day at any of the entry points or at the ‘Prize Exchange’ area on the wooden stage in the playground.

Absolutely, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink to CranFest.

Please note that it is not permitted to bring any alcohol or glassware on to site.

Closer to the event we may ask for an indication of food preferences to help us cater effectively, but you can absolutely change your mind on the day!

If you pre-book a Meal Deal… you will be given vouchers at the gate that can be exchanged for your food at any point during the day.

The vouchers will have separate parts for your food, drink and ice cream so you can exchange each of them whenever you like.

We’re making every effort to keep the event affordable for families and have introduced an excellent value Meal Deal for both children and adults.

There is a licensed bar at CranFest where you can purchase alcohol, however you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site.

We’ll be putting on a delicious BBQ as well as a number of other food outlets such as ice cream, popcorn and candy floss.

Making the event affordable for families is our top priority, so this year we have introduced we’re offering a great-value Meal Deal for both adults and children.

Each deal includes your choice of a hot dog or burger, a portion of chips, a soft drink, and a pot of Lewis of London ice cream.

Standard entry to CranFest for one person is £2.00 and there is also a ‘family ticket’ available that grants four people entry for £6.00.
