We’re excited to launch bookings for a returning favourite, the Friends of Cranborne Family Camp 🎉

It’s been some time since we last ran this event, but it’s back – and bigger than ever.

Whether you’re seasoned campers or looking for a way to introduce your family to the great outdoors in a familiar environment, join us for a great weekend and help raise vital funds for Cranborne Primary School along the way.

Here’s the provisional timetable for the weekend…

Saturday 13th June
– Arrival from 11am, set-up camp and enjoy your own picnic lunch.
– An afternoon of family games, camp crafts and activities in the school nature area.
– Various options available for dinner, including the chance to make your own pizzas.
– Family bingo & campfire into the evening.

Snacks and bar available throughout the afternoon/evening.

Sunday 14th June
– Cooked breakfast available from 7:30am
– Family friendly games & activities during the morning
– Departure by 12pm

Camping Pitch Fees

Single Tent Pitch – £20
Two Tent Pitch – £30

These are ‘space only’ bookings. If you do not have your own, or are unable to borrow a tent, we have a limited number available to hire on a first come, first served basis.

Campervan / Caravan (Hardstanding) – £30

We kindly ask reservations be made separately for individual families.

Catering Options

Children – £6.00 each
Adults – £8.00 each

Pre-paid catering covers Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast, with soft drinks included at both meals.

Alternatively you are more than welcome to cater for yourselves throughout the weekend.

We have limited space on the school grounds and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Once you have submitted your reservation request, the FOC team will contact you within 7 days with a payment request that must be completed within a further 7 days.
